2025年3月20日下午3點(diǎn)，中國(guó)水業(yè)集團(tuán)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“水業(yè)集團(tuán)”)與印尼三寶壟縣(Semarang Regency)攝政王在當(dāng)?shù)卣胶炗喠薚PA Blondo垃圾填埋場(chǎng)綜合治理諒解備忘錄(Memorandum of understanding)，合作內(nèi)容包括垃圾填埋場(chǎng)填埋氣發(fā)電、填埋場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)及滲濾液處理綜合治理項(xiàng)目。

At 3 PM on March 20, 2025, China Water Industry Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CWI") officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Comprehensive Management of the TPA Blondo Landfill with the Regent of Semarang Regency in Indonesia. The cooperation covers landfill gas power generation, landfill operation, and comprehensive treatment of leachate.

三寶壟縣Semarang Regency位于印尼中爪哇省的北部，此次簽訂的垃圾填埋場(chǎng)綜合治理及資源利用項(xiàng)目，將充分利用當(dāng)?shù)靥盥駡?chǎng)的垃圾資源，通過(guò)先進(jìn)的填埋氣發(fā)電技術(shù)和滲濾液處理工藝，實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的循環(huán)利用和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Semarang Regency, located in the northern part of Central Java, Indonesia, will leverage the local landfill resources through this comprehensive landfill management and resource utilization project. Advanced landfill gas power generation technology and leachate treatment processes will be employed to achieve resource recycling and environmental sustainability.

該項(xiàng)目不僅是集團(tuán)在海外項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)中的首個(gè)綠地開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目，也是集團(tuán)實(shí)現(xiàn)海外戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重要里程碑。項(xiàng)目建成后，不僅能有效解決當(dāng)?shù)乩幚韱?wèn)題，還能為周邊地區(qū)提供綠色、清潔的能源，同時(shí)每年可減少溫室氣體排放。

This project marks CWI's first greenfield development overseas and represents a significant milestone in the company's overseas strategic transformation. Upon completion, it will not only effectively address local waste disposal issues but also provide green and clean energy to surrounding areas, while reducing greenhouse gas emissions annually.

簽約儀式在Semarang Regency政府大樓隆重舉行，Semarang Regency的攝政王(NGESTI NUGRAHA)、環(huán)保局負(fù)責(zé)人及相關(guān)政府辦公室人員、水業(yè)集團(tuán)海外事業(yè)部總經(jīng)理、印尼項(xiàng)目公司負(fù)責(zé)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)出席了此次儀式。儀式上，雙方代表簽署了合作協(xié)議，并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的未來(lái)前景表示了高度期待和信心。

The signing ceremony was held grandly at the Semarang Regency Government Building, attended by the Regent of Semarang Regency (NGESTI NUGRAHA), heads of the Environmental Protection Agency and relevant government offices, the General Manager of CWI's Overseas Business Department, and the head and team of the Indonesian project company. During the ceremony, representatives from both sides signed the cooperation agreement and expressed high expectations and confidence in the project's future prospects.

此次項(xiàng)目的成功簽約，標(biāo)志著水業(yè)集團(tuán)在海外綠地開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域邁出了堅(jiān)實(shí)的一步。這不僅是實(shí)現(xiàn)海外戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重要成果，更是其踐行綠色發(fā)展理念、推動(dòng)印度尼西亞政府可再生能源轉(zhuǎn)型的又一重要舉措。

The successful signing of this project signifies CWI's solid step forward in the field of overseas greenfield development. It is not only an important achievement in realizing the company's overseas strategic transformation but also another significant measure in its commitment to green development and promoting the renewable energy transition of the Indonesian government.
