8月28日，康恒環(huán)境宣布在渣打銀行支持下，完成中國(guó)垃圾焚燒發(fā)電行業(yè)第一筆可持續(xù)發(fā)展掛鉤銀團(tuán)貸款簽約。該筆交易受到了海內(nèi)外金融市場(chǎng)的熱烈追捧，吸引了來自中國(guó)大陸、中國(guó)香港、南亞、中東等地共8家銀行參與，成功獲得超額認(rèn)購(gòu)，最終完成首期1.75億美元募集金額。

簽約儀式于渣打銀行香港總部舉行，渣打香港企投資銀行部董事總經(jīng)理高穎女士及大中華及北亞區(qū)銀團(tuán)籌組與分銷部中國(guó)區(qū)主管唐伊倫女士，康恒環(huán)境董事兼財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)林新鐸先生、康恒國(guó)際財(cái)經(jīng)中心總經(jīng)理石亮先生出席儀式。

On August 28, SUS ENVIRONMENT announced the signing of China's first sustainability-linked syndicated loan in the waste-to-energy industry, with Standard Chartered Bank acted as the sole Mandate Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, Sustainability-linked Loan Coordinator, Facility Agent and Security Agent and Account Bank. The transaction received overwhelming market response, attracting participation from 8 banks across China, South Asia，the Middle East and other regions, achieving oversubscription and ultimately completing the initial fundraising of US$175 million. The signing ceremony was held at Standard Chartered Bank's Hong Kong headquarters, attended by Ms Ying Gao, Managing Director of Corporate and Investment Banking at SCB HK; Ms Ellen Tang, Head of China loan Syndicate, Greater China and North Asia; Mr. Lin Xinduo, Director and Chief Financial Officer of SUS ENVIRONMENT and Mr. Shi Liang, General Manager of SUS International Finance Centre.

此筆銀團(tuán)貸款是中國(guó)垃圾焚燒發(fā)電行業(yè)的首筆可持續(xù)發(fā)展掛鉤貸款。該銀團(tuán)貸款特別設(shè)置了符合康恒環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展核心戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo)（KPI）和可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)（SPT），將貸款利率與其掛鉤，即范圍1和2 溫室氣體排放密度和溫室氣體減排量，進(jìn)一步助力康恒環(huán)境的可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略布局。該貸款同時(shí)獲得了挪威船級(jí)社（DNV Business Assurance Limited）的第二方意見認(rèn)證，確認(rèn)其符合《可持續(xù)發(fā)展掛鉤貸款原則》（Sustainability-linked Loan Principles）。

This syndicated loan represents the first sustainability-linked loan in China's waste-to-energy (WtE) industry. It specifically establishes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs) aligned with SUS ENVIRONMENT's core sustainability strategy, linking the interest rate to Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emission intensity and GHG reduction targets, thereby further advancing SUS ENVIRONMENT's strategic sustainability layout. The loan has also obtained a second-party opinion certification from DNV Business Assurance Limited, confirming its compliance with the Sustainability-Linked Loan Principles.

2023年11月，康恒環(huán)境與渣打中國(guó)簽署了戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，為康恒環(huán)境國(guó)際化發(fā)展提供融資支持。在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與可持續(xù)管理賦能下，康恒環(huán)境海外業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)展迅猛，截至2025年6月公司已中標(biāo)12個(gè)國(guó)際投資項(xiàng)目，預(yù)計(jì)總處理規(guī)模約15,000噸，項(xiàng)目覆蓋東南亞、中亞、中東等國(guó)家，有效助力當(dāng)?shù)毓虖U管理和清潔能源轉(zhuǎn)型。

In November 2023, SUS ENVIRONMENT and Standard Chartered China signed a strategic cooperation agreement to provide financing support for SUS ENVIRONMENT's international development. Empowered by technological innovation and sustainable management, SUS's overseas business has progressed rapidly. By June 2025, the company had secured 12 international investment projects with an estimated total processing capacity of approximately 15,000 tonnes per day. These projects cover countries in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East, and other regions, effectively contributing to local solid waste management and clean energy transition.
